We provide a superior guest experience by "hosting" our customers as our guests so they feel at home while shopping and leave with items they love from our boutique. Laconia Loves LLC (Hometown Haven Boutique and Posh N Pucks) in Dorr, MI is looking for members to add to our team!

We are currently seeking retail sales associates with an eye for fashion and a knowledge of clothing and style to work in our boutique Hometown Haven Boutique.

Schedule and hours are flexible, but Fridays and Saturdays are a must. Applicants must be 18 years of age.

Hourly pay + commission of sales and a generous discount on boutique clothing and gifts.

Responsibilities of this position include:

-Maintaining a clean, beautiful and visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to guests

-Maintains our high standards of visual branding by: steaming, tagging, stocking, folding, hanging and displaying merchandise

-Demonstrating an interest in both our community and fashion by staying up to date on current happenings and trends

-Follows our employee handbook policies and procedures

-Performs opening and closing duties

-Keeping inventory accurate and making recommendations based on current inventory

-Creating material for social media

Physical Requirements include:

-Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs

-Must be able to squat, stand for prolonged periods and maneuver around sales and stockroom
